Terms of service

CadStage is run by [legal entity], [address] ("we"). By creating an account or using CadStage you agree to these terms.

Your account

You need a valid email address. Keep your password and passkeys safe: you're responsible for what happens under your account. One person, one account.

Your content

Your STEP files, guides, texts and images stay yours. You give us the rights we need to store, process and show them as you ask (for example to the readers of a guide you publish). Don't upload what you have no right to share, and nothing illegal, harmful or misleading. We may unpublish a guide that breaks these terms; its editors see why.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed per editor, in advance, through Stripe, taxes added where they apply. You can cancel anytime: the plan runs to the end of the period paid for. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. A plan's limits apply as described on the pricing page.

Availability

We work to keep CadStage available and your data safe, but it's provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Ending

You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. When a workspace is deleted, its files are removed within 30 days.
